Thurlow Refer a Friend

All you need to do is print off the following voucher and insert your friend's or family members name on the green section of the voucher. Then insert your name in the box on the pink portion of the voucher. If your referred friend\family member joins the practice as a regular client, we will credit your account at Thurlow Dental Care with £25.00.

Don't forget to tell your friend to bring the voucher with them.

There is no limit to how many people you can refer, a great way to pay for your dental visits!
